One day, a boy picked up a starfish from the beach and threw it back into the sea.

A passing man asked "Don't you realise that there are starfish all along the beach, stretching for miles? Your little act can't possibly make any difference!"

The boy picked up another starfish and threw it into the water. Then he smiled and said, "I made a difference to that one!"

About Us

Back by popular demand after 2 much-loved shows in 2005 and 2006, A Nation in Concert brings together more than a hundred volunteers - from differently-abled performers and theatre stars to students and professionals - in a musical extravaganza that aims to make a difference by sharing each other's gifts and celebrating the joy of performing!
